We've recently udpated our application sources to reflect updated advertising lists. However, I noticed that we were unable to have people list something under the category of "other". For example, we post all ads to our subscription sites. We also post to position specific listservs and sites. We are unable to add all of this to the application sources, so it would be great if we could have a category called "other, please specify" and the applicant could select that and list their specific location on the form. This would help us to collect data on the efficacy of our ad placements, and have a better understanding of where our applicants are hearing about us. Without this option, the data collected in this question is incomplete.

We'd like better opportunity to report on "how applicants hear of our position" when they apply. |
The idea is in line with a potential future direction of the product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system.

If you really want to get interesting with a specific campaign try creating a custom link to see how effective that particular approach was
Build the additional sourcing option using settings above
Then go to your job sourcing, select Link, allocate source and sub source to your new sourcing option to get a custom link or QR code
