System Admins should be able to update a "Disapproved" without having to restart the Process

We have had departments accidentally hit "disapprove" during a routing. System Administrators should be able to "reset" this and send back to the approver.

Allow selecting more than one user in Bulk assign and Bulk move and send

Allow to bulk assign applicants to multiple users. In current system design, if i need to assign 10 applicants to 3 hiring managers, i have to bulk assign 3 times. Same to bulk move and send.

Use the "team" on the job card when filtering and NOT use the filter of the recruiter on the job.

Allow visibility for Recruiters and HR Reps to see the outcomes of search committee members/chair on their side menu of My Search Committee for search committee member results for their particular jobs.

Control user based on permission

allow some user to have the Control functionality, but limit to control users from specific user group, i.e. based on their allowed Team permission. for example, grant Control to me and I cannot control users from HR team
