This would be helpful for departments to place specific indicators on a candidate's profile without impacting the candidate's applications for other separate departments.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

This would allow individual departments that have separate hiring processes to flag specific candidates without that candidate being flagged in the system as a whole.
