It would be beneficial to have a redirection in page up where it recognised the user had received one of these emails and forward automatically to the recruiter so that a candidate is not lost and feels ignored in the recruitment process
This is a know issue where certain external email clients will not correct the return email address to that of the user in page up and instead keep it as user@mail.pageuppeople.com so a reply from a candidate is not received and the candidate can be lost in a high volume recruitment situation. Results can be very damaging to brand experience for candidate.
