Make Language Profile Question Mandatory

My idea is to make the language profile question in the application form a mandatory question. This is helpful when people fill it out to know before hand if we need to communicate with a candidate in their preferred language.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Enhance the candidate experience by communicating with applicants in their preferred/most fluent language.

    The ability to make the language profile question mandatory is already supported. It appears that the settings to control this were not properly displaying. This has now been corrected.

    To set, go to settings > profile language question. From here you can set if the first language option is mandatory, as well as whether the follow on questions regarding reading, writing and speaking proficiency is mandatory.
