What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
In Hong Kong, English and Traditional Chinese is typically interchangeable. Being able to ensure jobs are posted to both English and Chinese sites with only 1 language filled in would ensure that the job shows on both sites whether 1 or both languages are filled.
