Within the 'Offers awaiting your approval' section, it would be great if there was a 'View' button for the job card as well. At present, there is only a 'View' button for the appointment card, but both need to be viewed equally to be able to approve a job. It would also be great if the job card then opened in a new tab (or has the function to CTRL+click), rather than opening in the present window. Otherwise, you would have to keep manually returning to the approval screen to move through your approval list.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We work through a high volume of approvals, which require us to review both the job and appointment card simultaneously. A 'view' button for the job card would help us work more easily and efficiently. |
You can open the job card from the Offer card
we also drag in some of the Job card settings into our Offer card to make it easier
we have asked for the ability to have Job card documents visible in the Offer card i.e. to include the role description in the offer documents so they need to accept that as well
