The second form called pre-employment information required from candidates does not have an option for the references to be mandatory - we only want to make it mandatory on this form not the initial application form.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Huge business value - will save time all round regarding repeat phone calls and emails to ask for referees from candidates at this time as they are not always filling out this form. By making this mandatory on this form only it will ensure better candidate experience and save the recruiters time in follow ups. |
