Trying to be able to accurately determine whether or not an applicant is internal or external to the organisation.

    The ability for applicants to specify their employment status is already available on the personal details section of their application form. Applicants also have the ability to update their profile and amend their employment status at any time by logging into their applicant services portal. This information is reflected on the applicant card but given this is the nominated statue provided by applicants, recruiters do have the ability to change this data if required (pending your permission levels).
