Add completed reference checks to offer card

Attach completed reference checks in the applicant documents section in the same way that resume and cover letter and form are included. Allow for the document category to be set so these completed reference checks are not visible to the applicant.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

The ability to review all applicant documents - which includes completed reference checks - when reviewing an offer.
