We would like some more time delay options to be available that accommodate our recruiters when they choose to work flexible hours.
Example Situation: A recruiter needs to take a couple of hours off work for family commitments in the afternoon but will work them back between 7pm - 9pm that night. When screening applicants, there is currently no good time delay option to select for screening at this time to ensure an applicant doesn't receive communication at an hour outside of business hours. They cannot select 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours, as this will send the email into the middle of the night. And if they select any of the day options (1, 2, 3, etc) then it will send it at the late hour on the chosen day.
We would like to see two options added to combat this:
14 hours - this is for a recruiter that screens at night but doesn't want the communication to go out until the next day during business hours.
28 hours - this is for a recruiter that screens in the early morning (eg. 5am) to accommodate screening of applications received within the last 12 hours. If someone applied that night, we like to leave a day delay so the applicant doesn't feel like their application was screened by AI when we actually do screen all applications.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
With the new age of flexible working, we want to make sure our recruiters can choose the best time for them to screen applications and we would like more 'delay email' time options to accommodate this, whilst still ensuring applicants only receive communication during business hours. |
