Emails to Applicants - Time Zone Adjusted Based on Recipient's Location

It would be beneficial to have the time displayed in the emails to candidates confirming interviews adjust to the recipients' time zone. I'm not sure how this would work best - whether the current {TIME} merge field is update to draw from an alternative data source or some other method. But it would certainly assist in avoiding confusion for both candidates and hiring managers where the recruitment process is supported by teams based interstate.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Improved clarity of communication for candidates moving through to the interview stage. Currently, the time displayed in the email received by the applicant uses a merge field which pulls data directly from the booking in the event system at the time the email is sent (this time does not automatically adjust based on the recipient's location).

Solutions such as added instructional text in emails regarding time zones may cause confusion for candidates and an interrupted recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
