Our "Delay Email" option is set to 1-2 days for some of our correspondence to candidates. Sometimes our recruiters forget to change this and emails get sent out on weekends to candidates, which doesn't look good.
In parallel to us educating our recruiters to always check before sending, it would be great as a failsafe if we could select for delayed emails to only be sent on weekdays and not on weekends.
Alternatively if this isn't possible, it would be great if we could leave the "Delay Email" function blank but mandatory so it prompts the recruiters to have to fill it out and will make sure they think before sending.
