Data Syncing Delay in Enhanced Reporting

The current 2-3 hour delay for data syncing in Enhanced Reporting is causing significant challenges for our recruiters especially when generating Candidate Matrix and Selection Reports. This delay undermines the efficiency and timeliness of our recruitment process, negatively impacting key recruitment KPIs. While moving from legacy to enhanced reporting is a positive change, the delays make the new feature less effective compared to the legacy system's immediate reporting capabilities.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Speed up Data Syncing: reduce the delay to no more than 15-30 minutes to ensure updates are reflected in near-real-time.

Provide Interim Solutions: until syncing delays are addressed, consider temporary measures such as a manual refresh option or prioritized syncing for high-priority reports like Candidate Matrix and Selection Reports.

We understand the importance of this issue and want to assure you that efforts are already underway to resolve it. If everything progresses as planned, we anticipate completion within approximately six months. However, please keep in mind that these are tentative timelines, and changes to product strategies may impact the schedule. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated along the way.

This is very important for RPI, too. I will search out the old ideas, and upvote them too.

There have been ideas posted for this same thing from November 2023 (PUB-I-1663) and May 2024 (PUB-I-1875)
