When entering performance comment, there will be system generated timestamp to indicate this comment is related to which step. For example: for our organisation we have planning - ongoing conversation - mid-cycle - end-of-year performance review steps. If comment is put, currently there's only timestamp on the date and time the comment was entered but there's no indication whether this comment is entered at which step in the performance cycle.
If this idea can be implemented, we can trace back comments to the relevant steps, this will be useful especially on the more formal steps (like mid-cycle and end-of-year), and will be beneficial evidence if we need to deal with performance issues.
