Comments box in Performance Review

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
It would be nice to be able to make the Comments box bigger when you are actually entering the comments in the performance review. You can scroll up and down but it’s not easily visible to see the comments as a whole until you save. It seems like you should be able to drag the box down to make it bigger, similar to how you configure some of the content. I know you can copy from a different program such as Word, and then paste into the review, but it would be nice to not have to do that.
