Currently there is a process for the users of the Performance module that allows the participants to be given permissions to return the process to a previous step. The process has several steps, requires the user to exit the actual review, and in the event a manager has many direct reports it will take time. We propose that there should be a button or option on the Next Step tab within the actual review that would allow you to "Return to previous step".

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This would make the return process immediate and not require as many steps to complete back on the dashboard. |
