Benchmarking Funnel

Restrict data to team that the person has access to

Filter selections are not in line with Organisational Hierarchy i.e. Department is the second tier in Organisational Hierarchy - no access to top level

Location is our Applicant job search criteria - pretty much useless for a Manager

Recommend mouseover text for items like "Roles to fill", Jobs, Applicants, candidates etc



What business value are you trying to achieve?

I like the new Benchmarking tool but in its current form it is pretty hobbled

I want a User to be able to drill down to specific areas of interest and also restrict to User permissions (e.g. Team access)

    Hi Adam - Recruitment Team - looking forward to this - once we have this then users with access to more than one team can drill down. Would the Team list be restricted to the Teams a person is linked to?

    I will follow up the data restrictions from guidance provided - I will have to review this to see if we want control over the data we provide access to - we currently apply no restriction in reports but might want to in the future.


    Org Hierarchy - Brand being added in next week - thanks - do we have language overrides?

    Brand should be "Business" from what we call it in our Instance on the job card

    Department is "Unit" from what we call it in our Instance on the job card


    Location - it is our applicant job search criteria - not much use to our Managers - is this something we can turn off in our instance? The Teams filter is probably all we need - we are in the process of adding Site but are not there yet.


    Can we adjust the order of the filter items? e.g. move Recruitment Process down towards the bottom

    Ideally even have the ability to hide filter items in permissions for Users or in our Instance


    Mouseover text - like Flag mouseover - ability to provide an explanation without having to go off to KP. e.g. what does applicants vs candidates mean/ Jobs vs Roles (roles = total number of positions in the job card) . From KP (Applicants: The people who submit application(s) within the time frame. Candidates: Applicants who have gone through at least 1 application step. basically - someone who has been moved from New status

    I have a lot of users and showing them KP will freak them out


    Is this data filtered to the Full job card only - the one we use for Advertising?? We use a lot (75%) of Simple job cards with very few applicants (if any) on them.


    I see they can even schedule the data to be sent. This could get interesting but at least benchmarking funnel is pretty restricted in what you can set up (I have seen some crazy reports) we should be fine.

    In regards to
    Data Restrictions
    jobs should be filtered using the same logic as the rest of enhanced reporting: https://knowledgeportal.pageuppeople.com/hc/en-gb/articles/17126170983449-ER-Permissions

    Additionally, for those with expanded access, we will add the recruitment team of the jobs as an available filter


    Filter selections are not in line with Organisational Hierarchy
    The top level (usually Brand) will be added as a filter option within the next week

    Location is our Applicant job search criteria
    Understand that the location set against the job does not have a use case for your organisation. Are you able to provide what location use case

    Are there any further areas for improvement that are impeding usage of this funnel?
