Allow the linking and unlinking of an applicant to an employee permissionable to other users than only superusers.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently only superusers can unlink applicants from employees. We would like this to be permissionable so recruiters can do this also. This occurs when we hire an employee but they no show, so we purge them from our HRIS system. The purged employee number is still associated with the candidate and causes issues. |
