Restrict users listed in Job and Offer cards

Filter these user lists by appying rules.
Eg:

  • Does not include users without a Position OR

  • Does not include users without an Employee No. OR

  • Does not include users with Login access = no

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Only allow current employees/ employee accounts to be listed and selected on the Job and Offer fields. (Hiring Manager / Reports to and Recruiter etc)
This would prevent a personal/ applicant account being used and notifications being sent to that email rather than the work email and the offer and job showing on their dashboard correctly.

    actually not a bad idea - I have a User field I would love to restrict based on User permissions
