    Propose the Performance module journal entry have the same functionality as the Everyday Performance App

    Learning Approval

    Learning approvals should include the option for the course owner, not just the manager (hierarchy) or administrator.

    Staff should not see their own position descriptions if they are 'Pending Approval'.

    Position Descriptions that are not in an 'Approved' status should be hidden from their incumbents. Staff should not see their own PD when it is in the 'Pending Approval' status being re-evaluated.
