Hi John - ideally a User of the platform could go to Manage jobs and search by classifications would be an option to find jobs using particular payscales

In New York State, and really many other areas across the country, we are preparing to implement wage transparency rules requiring us to place certain information on every job posting. I work in Human Resources, I absolutely want the ability to sort by position class information, such as pay range. I have been able to reports in enhanced reporting for planning purposes and this is great. however, there are times when it would be very, very helpful to be able to run the list in production on the requisitions list page. For example. Sometimes when I am on the phone with a candidate who wants to know which jobs are in a certain pay range, it is not convenient to run an enhanced report.

Hello Mark, once again, I thank you for your feedback. Only a few clarifications:

    - When you said "search jobs", which part of the system are you referring to e.g. careers page, manage jobs?

    - Who are you referring to when you mentioned "users"?
