Display retired applications for applicants who completed the form before it was retired

When viewing a previously completed application form, display the information that was provided at the time it was completed/submitted. Application forms will change, but it is important for previously completed applications to contain/retain the information that was part of the application form at the time of completion and for the information to be easy to read and interpret.

Display retired application pages for applicants who completed the form before page was retired

We recently found out that the current system functionality will show the question and answer provided on a retired application page (if an answer is provided), but there is no indication of what application page it is for or any text made available on the page. This is problematic for application pages that have legal verbiage and an agreement/acknowledgement response is required since no context of the answer may be visible when viewing the completed application. For example, we updated our "Agreement" page a few months back. When looking at a previously completed application, the response that the applicant has "read and agree to terms and conditions" is visible, but the terms and conditions they are agreeing to is not displayed, there is no indication of the page header to know this is in relation to the old "Agreement" page, and the new "Agreement" page displays without an answer, giving the impression that the applicant may not have provided an answer. Again, this is problematic when a completed application needs to be rendered for legal matters.
