I suggest that entering a journal entry from the Performance module have the same functionality as the Everday Performance app such as adding attachments, tagging employees and align entries to goals.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
In addition, employees would not have work-related documents saved on their personal mobile phone to upload to the Everyday Performance app, rather these documents would be on their laptops. We are not permitted to download the Everyday Performance app on our laptops. It is uncommon for employees to have a work mobile phone, and the majority of our employees are not comfortable to install a work-related application on their personal mobile phone. This limits our organisation from using the full functionality and benefits of journalling in Performance. In addition, employees would not have work-related documents saved on their personal mobile phone to upload to the Everyday Performance app, rather these documents would be on their laptops. |
Yes! The ability to upload photos and tag others to share journal entries in the mobile app is incredible helpful. We get so many requests abotu sharing journal entries and feedback and etc but it is only available in the mobile app.
