    Auto-refresh application status after making a change in list and card view

    When in list and card view, if you change the application status on an applicant card, the list/card view page should auto-refresh to reflect the new status, just like it does on Manage Applications.

    Sort clause groups list on offer card

    Enable the clauses and clause groups lists on the offer card to be sorted alphabetically or custom like other lists. This will help the users find the relevant group when there are many to choose from. Currently list is set in order of creation.
