Label email "read receipts" as 'Communication, or have option to turn them off

Applicant email 'read receipts' should be labeled as 'Communication' and not a 'Note.' OR organizations should have the ability to toggle off 'read receipts' when they send emails out to applicants.

Learning - Improve participant search in attendance through all timeslots
