Make the following merge fields available under the Additional Users communication in the recruitment process:

  • Applicant's address

  • Role (what is our Job Code)

  • Role Other 3 (what is our Union Code)

We are looking to include the following information in the additional users' communication configuration under the recruitment process to be able to provide needed, relevant information for users during certain application steps:

  • Applicant's address
