Enable custom settings for Position Description when incumbent employee views it

PageUp has all the data points needed to detect when an incumbent employee is logged in and opens their own Position Description. There should be settings exposed to allow Super User/s to customize what Incumbents can or cannot View or Edit on their own Position Description, distinctly from any other PD that their role/PG enables them to manage.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Client needs to customize the visibility/editability of attributes on the Position Description based on the incumbent employee IN that Position when they are viewing their own PD.

Advice from PageUp Admin was to control this with Permission Group access. Many users will be in a Permission Group that allows them to Create, View and Edit PDs generally. But there is no way to ensure that potentially sensitive/supervisor-level fields can be hidden or locked for just the incumbent's PD.

One specific request: Central HR wants to control the visibility and editing of Notes on the Position Description, specifically ensuring that a person cannot see/edit the Notes on their own PD.
