Label email "read receipts" as 'Communication, or have option to turn them off

Applicant email 'read receipts' should be labeled as 'Communication' and not a 'Note.' OR organizations should have the ability to toggle off 'read receipts' when they send emails out to applicants.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Applicant email 'read receipts' are being labeled as a 'Note' instead of 'Communication.' We need to pull the 'Note' entered by the committee earlier in the process for federal OFCCP compliance and the "applicant has seen this email" note is overriding the 'Note' we need to pull in our report.
