Please check the 'email this note to' box on Job Notes Tab by default

Please consider improving the NOTES tab by having the 'email this note to' box ON (or checked) by default vs. requiring users to have to manually check the box to send a note. Users often forget/don't realize they need to check the box in order for their note to be received. This creates recruitment delays and communication issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea.

After careful consideration, we’ve reviewed your idea, and, at this time, it is not aligned with our current product priorities.

We're working on making Convo your go-to place for all your team communication needs! In the future, you'll be able to easily notify colleagues directly within Convo by simply mentioning them (like this: @JohnDoe). This will automatically send them an email alert, making it much faster and easier to get their attention than searching for them in the legacy Notes feature.

Please know that your idea is not dismissed; it remains a part of our ideas database and may be reconsidered as our priorities evolve in the future.

We encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and ideas with us. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to improve and grow.
