Bounceback Notifications on Notes tab

Please consider adding bounceback notification functionality (or flagging of invalid email addresses) for all emails sent from the Notes tab. Currently, senders are unaware of undeliverable email messages.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Bounceback notifications (or invalid email address flags) would improve efficiency and minimize delays in the recruitment process.

    @Mark - Unfortunately I have 4 recruitment teams depending on the area of the business and with our Care sector one user of that team could be sending 5-6 references for one candidate so the Manage Reference Checks confuses the on-boarder but a good shout if others aren't aware 😊.

    @Robert - I used reports as well for this. Have a look at menu item Manage Reference Check Requests - you can see the bounce flags there as well

    Not sure if this would help, but I setup an Enhanced report to advise on bounce backs. This is working for some applicant communications and for References. Our Team complained about not knowing when a reference failed certain emails and this has helped. Happy to share the report setup if anyone needs it :).
