Allow importer to support update/modify/remove Role based activities in bulk

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Since Admin can use the importer to create role based activities in bulk they should be able also to modify and/or remove them in bulk .
This will assist admins to use Learning more efficiently , learning importer needs to support modifying/removing preset Role based activities, specially that some businesses can easily have more than hundred of role to update.

Use case: In the instance a course is in Not yet Started or In Progress, I want the Learning Importer to update that enrolment rather than duplicate the course.
Data entry to remove a learning activity from thousands of employees isn't feasible. Please please please could we have a webinar on the knowledge portal for LMS administrators to manage changes?
