Hover Text Capabilities within the Job Card

We are trying to have additional reminders against specific fields within the job card without adding subtext or guidance text - hover text.

Contract from Offer card available to send to a HM via a recruitment step

Grant other users permission to reopen reference checks

Create a new permission that controls the "Re-open" link on the "Manage references" pop-up. This would allow us to give specific permission groups access to reopen reference checks.

Adding fields on the campaign to the permission list to control users access

It is unlikely a manager would intentional change the fields but could happen by accident. It would be helpful if the fields included on the campaign are options to select on the permission list for user to view or edit.
