We need the ability to be able to trigger an automated email when a new user is created via integrated user file import. we do not currently have onboarding configured but we have a daily file import between page up and our payroll system which automatically creates new user accounts for new employees. However when this happens the new user DOES NOT get any automated email with a link to login and set their own password, like they would if we were manually creating users. We need the ability to not only trigger this email when a new user is created in this way, but to be able to customise that email (not just the default "click this link" email)
