Create a new permission that controls the "Re-open" link on the "Manage references" pop-up. This would allow us to give specific permission groups access to reopen reference checks.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We would like to enable distributed users to manage reference checks and streamline the process of updating reference check forms. Referees use the form to submit a letter of reference but often need to update/replace the letter after they have submitted. Currently, referees must reach out to the administrator responsible for the job, who then needs to ask a super user to reopen the reference check. |
