Include employee goal rating in Report

In addition to the leader ratings, include the ratings the employee has given themselves for individual goals, and the summary rating.

Notification when Reports Are Not Sent

When enhanced reporting reports are not sent due to a technical issue, and they do not show up on schedules, we should be notified that reports are not sent, not hear it from our users. (Ticket ID 69318).

Application status - Applications should sit in this status for no more than - for normal bubble users

Please find a way for hiring manager users (Hiring Manager dashboard) to see the alerts for applicants who have been sitting in a status for no more than a given number of days. Consistency with recruiter task dashboard outcome of this setting.
