Currently when screening applicants on the Applicant Progress Board using List View, there is a purple flag to quickly identify that a candidate has been referred by a current employee (See attached pic). We would like this flag to also show on Card View.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
If a recruiter or hiring manager prefers to screen applicants / use Card View over List View, they shouldn't be disadvantaged and possibly miss referred candidates. |
Yes please to this!
We have an internal policy of ensuring all referred candidates are contacted, however it's so difficult to adhere to this if we can't see the referral flag from card view so we keep missing people.
