After clicking 'Close job' at the bottom of a requisition, a prompt is shown for any applicants still in a current status with a link next to it to Manage applications. This is a great feature to ensure we are responding to all applicants before closing a job, however because it's not possible to open the 'Manage applications' in a new tab or window, it can feel tedious to click it, make sure all applicants have been responded to, then have to go back into 'View Job', then 'Close job' again. My idea would be that it's possible right click it and open in a new tab or window, or have it defaulted to open in a new tab/window.

ideally you should not be able to close until all applicants finalised. prevents new starter forms being completed
