Add Hiring Manager to Recruiter Dashboard View

We would like to add Hiring Manager name to the recruiter dashboard view so that Recruiters can easily identify reqs with similar job titles but belonging to different hiring managers

Comments on Applicant Board Can Be Deleted and We Shouldn't Delete them

Restrict the ability to delete prior comments by permission group. For example, I shouldn't be able to delete someone else's comment unless I am a superuser.

Actions Tab in Applicant Card

This is in reference to the Actions tab within the Applicant Card. If that tab is mainly for Higher Ups or SuperUsers it should not be available for other users to see and access. This is confusing whether to use the Actions tab or the (3 dots...)...
