Add an identifier/caller ID (company name) to the texts being sent from Page Up.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Avoid being seen as spam

communicate via text with applicants

ensure texts are being red

    Hi John - any ability to change the max characters for the Send from address?

    capped at 11 - very difficult to put a company name AND "NoReply"

    Thank you for your feedback - Functionality already exists where possible per this Knowledge portal article.

    For US recipients, due to regulations on bulk SMS sending, this feature is not used and the SMS will come from a predefined list of US numbers managed by PageUp.
