Comments on Applicant Board Can Be Deleted and We Shouldn't Delete them

Restrict the ability to delete prior comments by permission group. For example, I shouldn't be able to delete someone else's comment unless I am a superuser.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Create a record of the comments and responses on the applicant card.

    Hi Kathryn,


    As per the design, users have the capability to delete only their own comments. Nevertheless, SuperUsers possess the authority to delete comments made by other users. This is documented in our Knowledge Portal - https://knowledgeportal.pageuppeople.com/hc/en-gb/articles/26105996126617-Collaborative-Hiring.
