Not quite John - I appreciate we can control layers of generic lists e.g. pick item 2 and the list of items available in 2 are presented for the next selection
I was talking about Teams controlling what items in the the pick list are visible to a team
e.g. generic list has 10 items - only allow a specific team access to specific items in the pick list
Control of Design Templates as well
Consideration of Job approval processes as well

Hi Mark,
Generic lists already allow a parent-child relationship, where options in the child list can be linked to specific options when the parent list is selected.
As for your other idea concerning communication templates, kindly submit it as a separate idea for our consideration in the future.
