Additional User Permission Groups

We are using the max 6 user permission groups, which is a limitation for us due to the number of approval groups/steps in our business processes.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Enable additional user permission groups.

    Hello Allison,

    Thank you for making a request to increase the number of permission groups which may be assigned to a user.

    There is not currently any such limitation, so we will be closing this request.

    I would suggest however that you discuss with a member of our customer success management team what you're trying to achieve, as the more permission groups a user is in, the more complicated it is to determine what access they will have. This makes it harder for you to manage in the long run.
