Manage jobs- Search - Currently sourced - identify jobs that have not yet opened

Current Manage jobs search option "Currently sourced" provides Yes/No. it does not distinguish No from jobs where the sourcing channel has not yet opened. Add a third option - "Waiting open" or words to that affect.

The process should continue to work if the applicant remains in 'Incomplete' status regardless of prior status 'moves'.

Allow the Applicant to see withdrawn applications in their Applicant Portal

Currently the withdrawn status is hardcoded to remove the application from the Applicant Portal. Ideally the application should still be visible for the candidate.

Ability to Archive Teams

Need to be able to archive non current teams so that don't appear on the dashboards. Currently the only option is to delete which deletes the team field in the historical job cards.
