Job Notes - Allow for multi-user selection

Currently, when users add a job note, they are able to select one user to whom to send the job notes to. Users are able to send to other recipients via the "other emails" option, however, they must know the exact email addresses. Feedback provided from our user population is that it would be useful for them to be able to select multiple users to whom to send the notes to without having to go outside of the system to obtain their email addresses, which is not ideal.

    Thank you for your idea.

At present, we do not have plans to further develop the Notes feature, so we are considering this idea as not aligned with our current roadmap.

However, we will be conducting discovery sessions next quarter (October-November) focused on Convo/job cards and the 'raise job card from non-PD processes' initiative, which might address the business outcome you're aiming for. Although, it is too early to discuss release dates at this stage.

If you're interested in participating in these discovery sessions, please let us know.
