Mandatory comments in performance review

If unable to display a message on that 'section type' screen, perhaps when it is set as a mandatory requirement the box could be outlined red on that page (similar to how it displays when a section type item measure is set as mandatory)

Add Supervisor blue panel to Position Description VIEW

Add the blue panel lookup feature to Supervisor, just as it exists for Position, Hiring Manager, Coordinator, et al. It makes no sense that the Supervisor for any given Position Description lacks this feature/detail.
