Add the blue panel lookup feature to Supervisor, just as it exists for Position, Hiring Manager, Coordinator, et al. It makes no sense that the Supervisor for any given Position Description lacks this feature/detail.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
The search/select functionality and blue panel with person details appears on the Position Description form for BOTH the Position incumbent and their Supervisor (Position reports to) appear during Edit of Position Description. But there is no Supervisor blue panel functionality when form is in View mode. This is hampering review/confirmation of details on PDs unless user is in Edit mode. |
