Please allow all templates to be availabe to choose from in the dropdown menu even if they are system emails. Sometimes we need to send additional email reminders manually.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We would like to be able to access all communication templates from within the system. Example: I wanted to email an applicant to remind them to complete their onboarding. Becuase this was a system template it would not populate in the dropdown selection. I had to create another template for it to appear. Now we have (2) templates that are the same in the communication templates. |
