Customize calculation of performance factor ratings

We currently have two separate performance processes which only differ by one performance factor. Rather than having to launch two separate processes, we would appreciate the ability to use a drop down or to adjust the coding to calculate overall ratings based on completed performance factors. If this was possible, we could launch one process for all employees and Staff employees could skip the additional performance factor without it impacting their overall rating.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Streamline processes. We currently have a performance process for Staff (which has 7 performance factors) and another performance process for Student Affairs (which has the same 7 performance factors as staff plus one additional performance factor). This requires two separate launches annually as well as follow up if employees change positions.

    Hello,

    Thank you for submitting your idea.

    Whilst we understand your desire for changes, we are not addressing performance ratings at this time. This would require a complete redesign of the performance scoring system, adding administrative complexity and potential risks to our existing customers.

    Nonetheless, we have marked this idea as not aligned for now but will revisit it if we receive substantial requests from other customers.
