Ability to send a welcome email for new starters based on start date

PageUp currently offer the ability to send a welcome email but it only is sent 1 day before the new starter begins based on the start date. It would be great to have the ability to configure when the start date is sent e.g. 1, 3,5, 7 days.

The idea is to add additional application flags to the existing 10 to make it easier for recruiters to be able to screen candidates.

It would benefit applicants and recruiters because it would ensure only relevant applicant flags stay on the applicant record.

"Reminder" Email Prompt on Offer Card

The offer card approval process should have the option to resend an email reminder so that the offer card gets approved timely. That option is now currently available on the approval process for the job card. However, it isn't available on the app...
